MOBILE CLIENT

EasyApp is EasyTelecoms App for mobiles and is at the core of our mobile services, and of course it can be used with all mobile phones. MEX service comes with account login information for EasyApp for your company. Through the mobile application you can see when colleagues are engaged on the phone or left for the day, are on vacation or in meetings. You can simply indicate if you are at lunch, appointments, illness, travel or a number of other common booking types. Call Diary is a unique feature where all calls, incoming and outgoing are recorded and stored centrally and securely. You can see all your recorded calls directly from EasyApp, via the calendar or the date, and select calls to playback. Through a security procedure playback of the whole conversation is made on your mobile phone. You can rewind, pause and select whether you want to store the call long-term.

All your company queues are easy to reach through EasyApp, here you can also see how many people are logged on to each queue and choose to join or leave a queue. Quickly select if you want your mobile number shown when you call or perhaps the office switchboard instead?

The presets are easy to choose where a caller is directed to if you do not answer or are busy. If you want calls to forward a call to your economy or support groups this is done simply by a click within EasyApp during a call.
